Samantha Miller MSc, MBA
Samantha has focused her career on building new biopharmaceutical companies from an early stage. With more than two decades of corporate development leadership, Samantha Miller has diverse experience including pharmaceutical partnering, product and technology acquisitions, corporate financing (private and public), strategic planning, commercial planning, supply chain negotiations, regulatory management, and PR/IR.
She has collaborated with a long roster of life science companies all over the world—Glaxo Smithkline, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, Astellas, Asahi Kasei (Japan), Transgene (France), Lee’s (China), Giddi (Taiwan), Harmony (Hong Kong), and many others. She has held senior positions in corporate development at Dance Biopharm, Jennerex, Anesiva, Theravance, Inhale/Nektar, and Onyx. Ms. Miller holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, an M.S. in Microbiology and Immunology and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Rochester.
